Work Experience
Louren has experience with elite sports being a scholarship holder to NSWIS as a teen. She brings a mind body connection to the presentation of each individual also focusing on breath, movement and exercise.
She loves pilates and yoga believes movement is important. And everyone has their best way their body needs and wants to move.
Education
Dr Louren Katague (Chiropractor) has collected a wealth of knowledge from her studies in Exercise and Sport Science at Sydney University, Mind, Body Medicine and Kinesiology from the College of Complementary Medicine and Mastering in Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
The final piece of the puzzle ended up being Chiropractic to bring all that knowledge together and find the best way to help people on their journey back to health.
Professional skills
The techniques Louren provides include low force chiropractic and chiropractic adjustments through Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) for postural correction. As well as ABC EndoNasal Cranial CorrectionTM a method that helps align the body and spine from the cranial bones.
Complementary techniques utilized are NET (NeuroEmotional Technique), soft tissue work, dry needling and rehab/exercise prescription. She is committed to helping patients connect back to themselves, understand what is happening with their body to correct, align and live with more vitality and health.
