Dr. Regan Wilson
Born and raised in New Zealand until the age 14, Regan and his family moved to Sydney in 2001. During his time in Sydney, Regan had observed there was a keen public awareness of health and fitness, thus influencing his first stage career path as a Personal trainer which eventually lead him to his passion in Chiropractic.
Regan has a sporting background competing in kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian ju-jitsu and MMA at a professional level. Regan found chiropractic had greatly improved not only his physical attributes, but also the mental aspects required during training, competition and everyday life. Regan wanted to share this with others.
Throughout his career, Regan has experience with a board array of patients. From babies all the way up to the elderly. A normal day for Regan would have him asses and treat a 4-month-old, a strong 40-year-old male, a pregnant woman and then an 80-year-old, all with the goal to build and improve quality of life.
In October 2019, Regan became a Dad to Braeden. Braeden was a quick catalyst for Regan to further explore how Chiropractic could support his baby's growing needs and quality of life first hand as a dad and practioner.
Understanding the importance of Chiropractic care to any individual’s health and wellbeing, which is not only limited to pain but also to optimising quality of life, Regan will assist you in achieving your goals through motivation, education and movement. He has a hands on approach, using the latest evidence-based research with various soft tissue techniques tailored with specified adjustments, alongside educational advice.
